What are you going to do?

As a member of our Center of Excellence, you help us build amazing funnels and create unique campaigns.
- As the primary person responsible for implementing KPIs, you continuously optimize work processes, analyze performance, accurately calculate budgets, and prepare reports.
- As the owner of the entire channel mix (all digital channels and connections with offline channels), you attract and convert target audiences at the right time, through the right channel, and with the right message. You develop visions and strategies for SEO, SEA, job boards, and social media. Thanks to your knowledge of channel trends and recruitment techniques, we’re always one step ahead.
- To convert our leads as effectively as possible, you will be responsible for our website, our conversion platform. You will handle integration with other systems, landing page design, website development, and reporting. You will work with our Senior Content Marketer to discuss content optimization and publication.

You will work closely with the Head of Online Marketing, who will provide daily guidance and give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills, and results. You will also spend time developing and maintaining your understanding of our markets, audiences, and offerings.

THE INTERNET SCENE

Being an intern at niponi definitely doesn’t mean making coffee and running errands. No, it’s all-out! Are you looking for a third-year internship or a capstone internship? You’re in luck. Our state-of-the-art facilities have an opening for an online marketing internship.

You’ll actively create and optimize social media campaigns. You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities, including content creation, community management, analytics, advertising, and social media research. But don’t worry—there’s no pressure. A fitness center, Nintendo games, table tennis, and pool are all available for your enjoyment.

What is our goal? To make you feel at home, work on the coolest campaigns, and teach you how to use online channels effectively. To do this, we ask that you have experience with online platforms and advertising, as well as analytical skills.

As a secretary, do you play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly? And do you enjoy the challenge of making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, like a spider in its web? WEB DEVELOPER

They think in code, they write code, they practically live and breathe code. That’s why we need you as our new web developer!

Every day, you know how to turn numbers, letters, and characters into user-friendly websites and web tools. As a web developer, you’ll be responsible for a large part of the user experience on these platforms. You’ll work on many different projects where you’ll make a real difference.

We are looking for a web developer who will impress us with innovative ideas and work with us to develop new web concepts. We expect you to bring a solid foundation of skills, but together we will help you excel even further in your work. As part of a team consisting of our creative director, content marketing specialists, designers, and other web developers, you will contribute to the growth of the most innovative company in the region of Greece.
