Delivery instructions


We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

We offer free shipping on all orders to France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Poland, the United States, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Romania, the United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, Denmark, Sweden, and New Zealand.


Once you’ve placed your order, it takes us 1 to 2 business days to process it, and it will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 business days. On weekdays, delivery takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

We strive to ship all orders received before 12:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00), Central European Time, on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Ordering Process
To order one of our products from niponis, you must first add the product you wish to order to your shopping cart on the product page. To do this, click the green "Add to Cart" button.

It is important to make sure you have selected the correct settings. If everything is correct, click the "Secure checkout" button. On the information page, you must enter the correct address information. Once you have entered this information correctly, you can click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can double-check the address information you entered. You'll also notice that every order is shipped for free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button.

You can choose from several payment methods. At niponis, all payment methods are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always count on a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the appropriate payment method, click the "Checkout" button, and you will be redirected to the secure payment page for your chosen payment method. Have you found the perfect outfit or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we almost always ship your order the same day. The average delivery time for your order is 15 business days. You’ll receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. You can then track the status of your order yourself on our “My Order” page.

Free shipping with no risk
Your package will be shipped with insurance and a tracking number. So there’s no risk involved when you order from our website. Don’t worry about hidden fees or shipping costs—all deliveries are completely free.

Returns
Once your order has been delivered, you have at least 30 days to try out the scooter. If you’re not satisfied, simply return the product without giving a reason. Please note that the product must be in like-new condition. Do you have questions about our return policy? Please see the page on the right side of the cancellation page. Return to sender
If the package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, niponis has paid for the shipping. If the package is not received or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the sender, and we reserve the right to deduct 15 euros from your refund.

Damaged or incorrect products (defective products).
Unfortunately, your order may sometimes be damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is obviously nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an email to info@niponis.com. Please take photos of the damaged item and attach them to the email.

You cannot return the product without sending us the photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you in that case. Our customer service team will respond to your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Please note that if the customer refuses delivery or fails to pick up their order within the specified time frame (usually 5 to 7 days), we (the merchant) are not responsible for the refused delivery or unclaimed package and cannot issue a refund.

Our products are shipped from logistics centers located in Asia. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and international shipping procedures.
